Kimberley is a London-based fine line tattoo artist. A bit of this, a bit of that.
She's a big fan of decorative and ornamental work, with a soft spot for surrealism and microrealism.
Informed by photography and contemporary visual culture, every piece is made with soft precision and a good eye for placement, so it feels entirely at home on the skin.

FAQ
How do I book?
Fill out the booking form with as much detail as you can. You can also DM me on Instagram. For business, press and other non-tattoo enquiries, email info@kimberleyverana.com.
Will I see my design before the appointment?
Usually I show you the design on the day. We start with a short chat, I show you a couple of options, and we adjust from there.
That's why it helps to be as detailed as you can in the booking form. If you're not sure of every detail, being confident in the direction is enough. I'll guide you through the rest.
Cover-ups and big pieces like sleeves are drawn ahead, because they need more planning. Every situation is different, so if you need to see your design sooner, just let me know.
I'm not sure what I want. Can you help?
Yes. I offer free consultations. They aren't a design session, more a chat to help you narrow down your ideas so we can land on a clear direction.
How much will my tattoo cost?
My minimum charge is £150. From there, the price depends on size, detail and placement. I'll send you a quote once I've seen your brief.
Do you do touch-ups?
Yes. Check in with me once your tattoo has fully settled, usually 4 to 6 weeks. The full touch-up policy is in the booking policy below.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. You need to be 18 or over to get tattooed in the UK. Please bring photo ID to your appointment.
How should I prepare?
Eat a proper meal beforehand, drink plenty of water and get a good night's sleep. Avoid alcohol the day before, and wear something comfortable that gives easy access to the area we're tattooing.
Where is the studio?
In London. You'll get the full address with your booking confirmation.
Booking policy
Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required and goes towards the final cost.
Rescheduling & cancelling
If you need to reschedule or cancel, let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment and I'll move your deposit to a new date or arrange a refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Running late
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Touch-ups
Check in with me once your tattoo has fully settled, usually 4 to 6 weeks, or whenever I've advised. By then it should look like part of your skin. Before that it can look a little shiny and feel slightly raised, even once any scabbing has stopped. That's normal, it's still healing.
Looking after your tattoo is part of the deal too. Following the aftercare is what keeps it crisp. Touch-ups are there for the odd spot, not as a replacement for aftercare.
Aftercare
Always wash your hands before touching your tattoo.
The first few hours
Take the wrap off after 1 to 2 hours. Wash the tattoo gently with lukewarm water and a mild antibacterial soap, using just your hands. Pat it dry with a clean paper towel. Don't re-wrap it, your skin needs to breathe.
Moisturise lightly
Apply a thin layer of a light moisturiser. I recommend Palmer's Cocoa Butter, or something light like Aveeno. Small tattoos need it once a day, bigger pieces twice a day. Everyone heals differently, so I may tweak this for you. Skip Vaseline and other petroleum-based products.
Days 4 to 14: peeling
Peeling and itching are normal. Let the flakes come off on their own. Don't pick, scratch or peel, as it can pull ink out and scar.
The first 2 weeks
No swimming, baths, hot tubs or saunas. Keep showers short and lukewarm. Avoid tight clothes that rub, and go easy on heavy, sweaty workouts.
The first 3 weeks
Keep your tattoo out of the sun. Once it's fully healed, use SPF 30 or higher to keep the lines crisp for years.
When to get help
Some redness and swelling at first is normal. If it gets worse, or you notice increasing pain, pus or a fever, see a doctor or call NHS 111, and let me know.
