Kimberley Verana ("I", "me") is the data controller for kimberleyverana.com and its associated booking and enquiry forms. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and how it is handled, in line with UK GDPR.

What I collect

When you book a consultation or appointment, fill in a consent form, submit an enquiry through this website or through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead form, or contact me directly, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about the tattoo you're enquiring about (style, size, placement, and any relevant health information you choose to share for safety purposes).

This website also uses standard analytics cookies (via Squarespace) to understand how visitors use the site.

How I use it

I use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage bookings, send consultation and aftercare information, and keep the records required for my tattooing practice. If you've come to me through a Meta ad, your enquiry details are shared with me by Meta once you submit the form.

I do not sell your information, and I only share it with the third-party services that help me run my business, currently Fullchair (booking), Tally (consent forms), and Meta (lead ads), each of which has its own privacy policy governing how they process data on my behalf.

I also use AI-assisted tools to help manage enquiries and run my advertising, which may involve processing your enquiry details.

How long I keep it

I keep client records for as long as needed for aftercare, legal, and insurance purposes, and delete enquiry details that don't lead to a booking after a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do this, get in touch using the contact details on this website.
